Welcome to GOOVIS. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or purchasing any products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts for the sale of goods concluded between GOOVIS, and you, the consumer.

2. Ordering Process and Contract Formation

By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase a product. The contract is concluded when we send you an email confirmation that your order has been accepted and shipped. We reserve the right to refuse any order for a legitimate reason, such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices on our website are listed in Euros (€) and include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) for your country. The final price, including any shipping costs, will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your payment. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website.

4. Right of Withdrawal (Right to Cancel)

As an EU consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • Withdrawal Period: The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
  • How to Exercise the Right: To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by making a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You can contact us using the details in section 1. You may use a standard withdrawal form (available online), but it is not mandatory.
  • Effects of Withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive the goods back from you or you provide proof of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest. We will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
  • Return of Goods: You must send back the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5. Delivery and Risk

We will deliver the products to the address you provide during the checkout process. We will provide an estimated delivery date, but this is an estimate and not a guarantee. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

6. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

In accordance with EU law (Directive 2019/771/EU), we provide a legal guarantee of conformity for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery. This guarantee covers defects in the product that existed at the time of delivery. If a defect becomes apparent within one year of delivery, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.

This legal guarantee entitles you to a free repair or replacement, or, if these options are not possible or are disproportionately expensive, a price reduction or a full refund. This guarantee is separate from and does not affect any commercial warranty that may be offered by GOOVIS. Please refer to our separate Warranty Policy for more details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of GOOVIS or its suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the service or products without our express written permission.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. We collect and process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679. The data controller is Shenzhen NED Optics Co., Ltd. We will use your personal data to process your order, manage your account, and improve our services. You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data, and to object to or restrict its processing. 9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Disputes and Applicable Law

  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the law of the EU Member State in which you, the consumer, are habitually resident.
  • Dispute Resolution: We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues.
