GOOVIS Shipping and Delivery Policy
1. Shipping Coverage and Costs

Shipping within the Netherlands: The standard shipping cost is €10.

Shipping to EU Countries The standard shipping cost is €50.

Other EU Countries: Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package.
2. Delivery Times

In-Stock Products: For products that are in stock at our European warehouse, orders placed on a weekday (Monday to Friday) are generally delivered on the next 3~5 business days.

Tracking Your Order: Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this number to track the real-time status of your package on the website of our logistics partner.
3. Shipping Method
Our primary logistics partner is PostNL/UPS/DHL/DPD…, which ensures fast delivery within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. If you have a different carrier preference, please contact our customer service team after placing your order.
4. Delivery Options

Home Delivery: Our logistics partner will deliver the package to your specified address. An adult signature is usually required upon delivery for all packages that do not fit in a mailbox.

Pickup Points: During checkout, you may have the option to have your package delivered to a pickup point. You will receive a notification once the package arrives and can collect it at your convenience within the specified timeframe.
5. Handling of Late, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Late Delivery: If your order is taking longer than expected to be delivered, please first check the status of your package using the tracking number. If the status has not been updated or you have concerns, please contact our customer service team immediately.

Lost Packages: If the tracking information indicates the package is lost, we will contact the shipping company and initiate an investigation. Once the investigation is complete, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as resending the product or issuing a refund.

Damaged Packages: If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please note this upon signing and take photographs as evidence. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible with the photos so we can assist you with the claims process.
6. Partial Delivery
Our policy is to ship orders in their entirety. If part of your order is out of stock, we will ship everything together once all items are available. If you need the in-stock items to be shipped earlier, please contact our customer service team; however, this may incur an additional shipping fee.
